Open-source software

The DiskPond desktop application is offered under AGPL-3.0. Its Kopia-derived core has a separate Apache-2.0 license. The applicable licenses, notices and source code are available in the project repository and release assets. Those licenses govern use and redistribution of the software.

Cloud pricing and enquiries

The announced 500 GB cloud plan is €5 per month including VAT, or €45 billed yearly under the 25% annual offer. Enterprise pricing is by proposal. The service is coming soon; an email enquiry is not a purchase, subscription, storage allocation or payment.

Before cloud sales open

The seller’s business details and service-specific terms, including availability, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and data handling, must be provided before an order is accepted. The account portal supports registration and shows whether checkout is available. Creating an account does not purchase or allocate storage.

Your backups

Choose storage and retention appropriate to your needs, protect your encryption passwords, and check that your backups can be restored. The desktop app’s software licenses include their own warranty and liability terms.

Credits

DiskPond is derived from BlinkDisk and uses a Kopia-derived backup engine. Project and dependency licenses and notices remain with their respective contributors. The DiskPond service is independently operated.
